På ‘Fridas scoreretter’ scorer jeg ikke kun på det søde. For en french toast behøver altså ikke være druknet i sirup for at være en treat. Denne version går den salte vej med koldrøget laks, cremet avocado, et friskt squeeze citron og en klat cremefraiche. Gylden, sprød og fuld af smag – beviset på, at french toast er mindst lige så fantastisk, når den dropper sukkeret og spiller på de salte noter.
